She answered all of our questions and gave recommendations on what are the favorite dishes. As a result, I have no idea who helped me. All of the servers are given spins on their real names. It had a few nuts but wish it had more of that too. I would have liked more pronounced cinnamon flavor. The pancake had white chocolate chips in it which I thought was a little odd but it was good. I had seen others post pictures of them so I had to try one. For certain dishes, if you pay $4.25 more, you can upgrade your tortilla or toast to a pancake. I wish it had just a tiny bit more goat cheese but it was so good. I give myself two thumbs up for the add-ins choice. I love that you can select exactly what you are craving. The hash browns could have used a bit more flavor but were fine. For food, I went with the 3 egg scramble with caramelized onions, mushrooms and goat cheese. ![]() I wanted something with OJ but with a little something extra. I was somewhat prepared as I studied the menu before coming but I still had a very hard time selecting what to order. It is open seating at the bar so you have to keep an eye out and it only seats 11 people so it is a great option if you are dining solo or with one friend. We got lucky as two seats at the bar opened up within ten minutes. They have a stone border / wall outside so you at least have somewhere to sit while you wait. There was only 30 - 45 minute wait, which I thought was reasonable. I met one of my girlfriends on a Sunday morning at 8:30 amat the Del Mar location. Let me preface this review by stating I have been to the Snooze in Hillcrest so I know how good it is and busy it can get.
