Oddly, Jon sent me an image that seemed to suggest adding Ozzy Osborne to the COMPOSER tag, maybe I misunderstood. 2 Toolbar provides most-repeated functions for the list pane (see 3 below) 3 File list panel shows. The different parts work as follows: Sl Remarks 1 TagScanner has four main modules, accessible through these tabs. I'll play around with the various tagging programs and see if I can get Ozzy to show up as an artist. Getting to know the TagScanner interface The TagScanner interface is shown below (numbers are given in counterclockwise direction). Burn (CD,DVD,Blu-ray) (24) Camcorders, DV, HDV, AVCHD (31) Capture TV, DVD. I'm not a programmer though, so I don't know if that is significant or just standard. TagScanner is a powerful tool for organizing and managing your music collection. You are now ready to rip CDs to FLAC files Just click the MP3 button to rip. I looked through the diagnostics.txt file and the only interesting thing I saw was that at some point it looks like Java was running out of memory at some point and using TagScanner A great tag editor Album Cover Art Downloader The best. He asked for my serial number and where I got it - (Amazon) and I provided that info. But he did have the diagnostics.txt file I sent. To be fair to him, I had somehow imagined you receiving it - or someone knowing about the discussion we have been having here, so I did not include as much information as I probably should have included. He basically asked me to download MP3TAG and try tagging the album to see if that works. It was the equivalent of "reboot your device and see if that works" fix that you always get when you call for support on anything computer related. I received a somewhat un-satisfying email from support today regarding my Help, Send Support Request from Jon P. Metatogger, tagscan, TigoTago and MP3TAG among them - does anyone know which ones work best with Vault? I am pretty good with MP3TAG now, but if another program would do better I'm open to trying it. One more question, and this is for ANYONE - but I have downloaded a half-dozen tag programs. I will play with MP3TAG (I've gotten good at using it) and see what is happening with Ozzy.Īlso, how does the folder.jpg file work? Will the Vault read from the tags, or must there be a folder.jpg file with a square jpg in that folder? So I am just going to relabel it with MP3TAG. I also purchased a Huey Lewis CD that has three discs and one of them ended up in Mixed. I can rip the last two songs on my super cheap, external CD drive and get good sounding wav files from it, and then just plop them over onto the Vault, but right now they don't show up on the player. Illend up using TagScanner to fix that, and add some cover art.Last week I. My vault rips to about halfway through cut 15 and then spits out the CD with a rip-failed message. I just purchased this CD Lucky Man Emerson Lake and Palmer and disc 2 has 16 tracks and I believe is 73 minutes, or may go past 74 - I'm not sure. I have been purchasing some import CDs that are giving the Vault a hard time.
